Dixie Miller is a certified personal trainer with over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Her sessions are tailor-made for each client to ensure positive results. Whether you are an athlete looking to improve performance, a stay-at-home mom who wants her body back, or someone hoping to improve flexibility and balance, Dixie can help. She has earned nine national aerobic competition titles, trained an entire collegiate level pre-season football team, and offered specialized fitness programs for retirement communities.
